ViaLactia is seeking a partner to collaborate in the identification of genes and mutations for human metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes, using a bovine model system. ViaLactia has an extensive knowledge of gene identification and metabolism in dairy cows, and believe that they can use this to identify pathways and drug targets involved in human metabolic disease such as obesity and diabetes.
